I am wrapping up Eric Clapton’s Autobiography [LINK], an overall enlightening and good read.
I am now on the lookout for about 100 diffuse (not water clear) RGB LEDs and some 8bit shift register chips.
I guess you’d say my interests are fairly random.

Oh the irony of twittering. Today I noticed in my Facebook feed someone (who shall remain nameless) had updated their status to "Person X has only 3 hours to prepare an important presentation".
If you’ve only 3 hours, why in the world waste time "Twit"-tering your status?

The other day, whilst watching an episode of Ninja Warrior, I made mention that the entire commentary is in Japanese, except for a few English words thrown in. Typically the name of the obstacle the contestant is on, e.g. "Spider Walk" or "Pipe Slider". My brother commented that in Japan, they don’t have a lot of Japanese words for newly invented things, e.g. the word for "Computer" is Computer.
This made no sense as I think Spiders have been around for a while, and I’m fairly certain folks can Walk …
