Oh God said to Abraham, "Kill me a son"

Great example here from Dylan of the power-struggle between man and God. In the Genesis 22:1, God asked Abraham to kill his son Isaac. Apparently Abe was 137 years old at this point! That seems like a pretty extreme request from a benevolent God and I’m sure Abe must’ve thought he was having a pretty rough week when the request came in.

Derren Brown has a show on the SciFi channel called "Mind Control". On the show he conducts various situational type tricks using the audience. These range from reading people’s minds to beating them at tic-tac-toe whilst blindfolded. He is not a magician and he does not use camera tricks or other paraphenalia.

I’m feeling some blog-guilt these days, I haven’t posted in ages, at least not here. I’m sure you’re all starved for some techno-blather that is the norm for FS.com. Unfortunately I’m low on motivation for this sort of stuff. I’m pretty busy at work and the off-hours I’m spending primarily on cancer research and spending time with my family. I can’t say this trend will change any time soon but don’t give up on this blog. I haven’t. In the meantime try here [LINK].
